Reservations
Each year, the demand for our trips increases. West Virginia outfitters are restricted to a limited number of guests each day on each section of the New and Gauley Rivers. Early reservations and prompt payments are the best way to lock in your preferred dates and accommodations. Last minute reservations are always welcome when space is available.

Office Hours
During the rafting season (April through October), our reservation office is open from 8AM to 8PM on weekdays and from 8AM to 7 PM on weekdays and from 8AM to 5PM on weekends. During our off season (November through March), we are open from 9AM to 5PM on weekdays only.

Pricing Policies
All prices are per person except when stated otherwise. Discounts apply to the rafting portion of a package only. All holiday weekends and special events use peak pricing as the basis. On Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends, the Saturday and Sunday rates are reversed. A 6% West Virginia sales tax and a $1.00 per person per "River day" whitewater use tax will be added to reservations. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Trip Transfers
The Rivermen, Inc. reserves the right to change the river, River section, length of trip, boat size, or number of guests per raft due to adverse or changing River conditions or extremely high or low water. We also reserve the right to refuse participation of any guest who, in our judgement, is not physically or mentally capable of participating in the activity for which he or she has registered.

Terms and Conditions

Deposits & Payments
For all New River trips and Spring/Summer Gauley River trips:

• We require an initial deposit of $25 per person per day on the River within 14 days of making your reservation.
• Full payment must be received no later than 45 days before your arrival date.
• Cancellations for all New River and Spring/Summer Gauley River trips made at least 21 days in advance of your trip date will receive a full refund, less a $10 per person cancellation fee.
• No refunds for reservations cancelled within 21 days of your trip.

For all Gauley Season Gauley River trips:

• We require an initial deposit of $50 per person per day on the River within 14 days of making your reservation.
• Full payment must be received no later than July 1, for all Gauley River trips scheduled for September and no later for than August 1, for Gauley River trips scheduled for October.
• Cancellations for all Gauley Season Gauley River trips made at least 21 days before your trip date will receive a full refund, less a $25 per person cancellation fee.
• No refunds for reservations cancelled within 21 days of your trip.

Note: Please be aware that your reservation is not confirmed until your balance is paid in full.
